Payment in full is due after each session.(Cash or Check) A sliding fee is available, so please talk to Urmi if payment is a concern. Urmi Saraiya is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the State of Washington. (LW00008644). I accept Premera Blue Cross Insurance. This includes Global, Heritage and Foundation Networks.
I accept Aetna Insurance, Uniform Medical and First Choice.
